Take a tour through what our house looked like the day after we closed. The parlor floor was the public space of the house; the front parlor room was meant to impress guests and be very fancy. There are 3 railroad rooms: front parlor, middle and rear. Because our house was originally a 2-family (3rd floor rental over owner’s duplex) I believe the rear parlor and the green bathroom of doom were both bedrooms.
